A 6-week trauma-informed yoga + somatics series for Black femmes and gender expansive folks
In a world that teaches us to disconnect, suppress, and survive—Reclaiming Our Bodies is a space to come home.
This 6-week series is a gentle invitation to reconnect with your body’s wisdom, rhythm, and truth. Designed specifically for Black femmes and gender expansive beings, each session weaves together trauma-informed movement, somatic and nervous system support, sound healing, and moments of connection in community.
Together, we explore what it means to feel safe in our skin. To listen inward. To move with tenderness. To reclaim the parts of ourselves the world has tried to silence.
Whether you're navigating stress, burnout, grief, or simply longing for a deeper connection with your body—this space is for you.
You don’t need to be “flexible” or have yoga experience. Just bring your breath, your body, and your presence. I got you.
