Purpose: Sun Earth Healing is a sanctuary for Black femmes to reclaim body sovereignty and well-being through rest, gentle movement, and collective care—creating sacred pathways to liberation.
Vision: We are building towards a world where Black femmes thrive in reciprocity, safety, and abundance.
Sunearthhealing was born with the Black girl in mind. Born from a deep knowing—an ancestral call to create spaces where healing is not only possible but inevitable. Rooted in the wisdom of the Earth, the rhythms of the sun, and the cycles of life, our work is an invitation to reclaim wholeness, honor our sacred seasons, and nurture collective well-being.
Founded by a visionary leader who embodies the intersection of disability justice, trauma-informed care, Black feminism, and holistic wellness, Sunearthhealing is not a business—it’s a movement. We co-create containers for transformation, offering guidance, tools, and community support to help you return to yourself, deepen your self devotion, and move through grief, growth, and renewal with care and intention.
At Sunearthhealing, we believe in the power of interdependence, the abundance of healing, and the liberation that comes with honoring our full selves. Whether through our trauma-informed yoga classes, collective rest sessions, 6-week programs, retreats, or personalized offerings, we are here to walk with you on your journey—rooted in love, guided by wisdom, and committed to your flourishing. Together, we can break cycles of intergenerational trauma, dismantle systems of oppression, and cultivate cultures of care.
Interdependence: we recognize the inherent interconnection of all things and we function as a part of a larger ecosystem of living organisms
Liberation: we are breaking free from all systems that do not support being in right relationship with ourselves, our communities and mother nature
Belonging: there is room for you as a unique contribution to this world
Humanity: we are moving closer to our authentic selves through vulnerability and loving radical honesty
Sustainability: we do less, while embracing a slow + human pace
Lineage: we connect to our ancestry and our descendants through our inherited wealth of rituals and practices
Abundance: we affirm that there is always enough time, space and resources
