Black femme, I see you.
Holding it all — the weight of survival, the grief of ongoing violence, the endless demands of care, the pressure to produce, the ache of exhaustion, and still… the dream of something softer.
Soft Ambition was born for us.
Not the Instagram version of “soft life” filled with luxury hauls — but a living practice of resting, refusing, grieving, pacing, and dreaming in bodies the world tells us must always hustle and endure.
This 3-part series is where we’ll:
🌿 Honor softness as sacred, not weakness
🌿 Learn rhythms of rest + recovery that fit real life (spoons, micro-practices, nonlinear flow)
🌿 Name the systems that keep us from softness (capitalism, ableism, anti-Blackness)
🌿 Craft a Seasonal Soft Plan rooted in care, ritual, and sustainability
Because we deserve ambition that doesn’t cost our bodies.
We deserve softness that makes space for rage, grief, and joy.
We deserve to be handled as if we are precious.
