If your story is anything like mine, then you’ve spent a lifetime being strong for others while quietly learning how to survive yourself. Then, somewhere along the way, your body got tired, your spirit fell weary, and your needs ignored.
You may have found this space while searching for nervous system healing near me, longing to release trauma from the body, and hoping for a somatic healer near me who understands your lived experience and honors the wisdom of your body.
This is a space for Black healing. Sun Earth Healing exists to reclaim and restore your dignity and Divinity through safety, slowness, and care that honors our highest selves. Here, we make room to unlearn survival as a default, reconnect with ancestral wisdom, and practice forms of rest, pleasure, and embodiment that are deeply liberatory.

Meet Gabby Oglesby, MSW
Gabby Oglesby (they/she) is a Black, queer, differently abled healing practitioner rooted in trauma-informed, body-led care. Their work is shaped by lived experience, community care, and a deep commitment to accessible holistic healing wellness.
As someone living with chronic fatigue and c-PTSD, Gabby understands what it means to move through the world with limited energy—and to choose rest as an act of survival and liberation.
With over a decade of experience in community-based work, Gabby blends yoga, somatic practices, sound healing, and coaching to support people in reconnecting with their bodies and rebuilding safety from the inside out.
